No. Pricing scales with kiosks and admin seats, never per visitor. We do not believe in penalising you for a busy week.
Yes. The tier you start with is not a lock-in — as your rollout grows we move you to the right tier without re-papering the contract.
Any iPad running iPadOS 16 or later, an Android tablet running Android 11+, or any modern browser as a PWA. For badge printing, a Zebra ZD-series thermal printer over USB or LAN with our print bridge for Windows or macOS.
Yes. Check-ins are queued in IndexedDB on the device and sync when the network returns — including photos and signatures. The kiosk shows an offline indicator so reception knows the state.

A self-service portal lets visitors request access, rectification or deletion of their data via a magic link. Audit log captures every protected mutation with actor and IP. Hosted on Vercel + Neon (US East). Sub-processor list and DPA available on request.
